This page explains what Suno Music Downloader ("the Service") stores when you use it, why, and how to have it removed. It is written to match what the software actually does.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google
We receive and store your Google account ID, email address, display name, and profile picture URL. We use these only to recognise you on return visits and to enforce the per-account daily download limit. We do not receive your Google password.
Each sign-in is also logged with your IP address, browser user agent, and the time. We keep this to detect accounts created in bulk to get around the daily limit; it is reviewed by the operator only and never shared.
When you download a track
Each download attempt is logged with your account, the Suno link you submitted, the track ID and title, the format you chose, your IP address, the time, and whether it completed, was interrupted, or failed (with the error reason). This log is what powers the daily quota shown on the home page and lets us investigate abuse and fix failures.
When you parse a link without signing in
Parsing a link does not require an account and is not tied to you. Standard web server access logs (IP address, path, user agent, timestamp) are kept for a short period to protect the Service from automated abuse.
Cookies
The Service sets one session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. It is marked HttpOnly and, on HTTPS, Secure. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Signing in with Google also involves Google's own cookies, which are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not keep the audio files you download beyond a short cache. A decrypted copy stays on our server for up to 24 hours so that repeat downloads and MP3/WAV conversion are fast, then it is deleted automatically. Cached files are not publicly reachable, and conversion happens on our own server — audio is never sent to a third party.
- We do not read or store anything from your Suno account. The Service only uses publicly available song links.
Third parties
Track metadata and audio come from Suno's public endpoints. When you paste a link, the Service requests that track from Suno on your behalf. Suno's handling of those requests is covered by Suno's Privacy Policy. No other third party receives your data or the audio.
Retention and deletion
Account records and download logs are kept while your account exists. To have your account and all associated logs deleted, email from the Google address you signed in with. We will confirm once the data is removed.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the "last updated" date above will move and the summary of changes will be noted here.
