Pain lyrics

Like many, I was really worried about this new model. It's completely blowing my mind. v6 made me tear up a couple of times.

This is going to be fun.

===

Take a knife, let it twist

Paint the pain on your wrists

Close your eyes, make a fist

Let it go, make it hiss

Make it race, make it race

Black and blue on my face

Make it race, make it race

Paint the pain on my face

All my days just feel

Like a stagecoach wheel...

...Effect

Like they’re gonna steal

All my time, I feel

Fucking wrecked!

Paint the pain, paint the pain

(pain, pain, pain)

We’re not living in a fable

Hurt people hurt people

It’s the cycle of pain

Paint the pain

There’s no end to the cycle

We just keep going around in circles

I pass it on before I speak

Paint the pain on each cheek

What I take, I must keep

What I bury still runs deep

Make it race, make it race

Same old bruise, same old place

Make it race, make it race

Paint the pain on my face

All my days just feel

Like a stagecoach wheel...

...Effect

Like they’re gonna steal

All my time, I feel

Fucking wrecked!

Paint the pain, paint the pain

(pain, pain, pain)

We’re not living in a fable

Hurt people hurt people

It’s the cycle of pain

Paint the pain

There’s no end to the cycle

We just keep going around in circles

Hurt people hurt people

Then they call it fate

I keep painting over cracks

Till I recognize my face

If I don’t pass it on

Does the hunger stay?

If I don’t paint the pain

Does it break me anyway?

Paint the pain, paint the pain

(pain, pain, pain)

We’re not living in a fable

Hurt people hurt people

It’s the cycle of pain

Paint the pain

There’s no end to the cycle

We just keep going around in circles

Paint the pain, paint the pain

(pain, pain, pain)
